Our Story
A recipe that traveled
across the Caribbean
Germantown Jerk Hut wasn't born from a business plan — it was born at a family table, where the smell of scotch bonnet and pimento wood became the thing everyone gathered for.
Our jerk marinade follows a recipe that's been passed down through generations, balanced between heat and sweetness, smoke and citrus. We don't cut corners. Chicken marinates for a full day. Pork sleeps in the rub overnight. And everything gets the slow smoke it deserves.
Today we bring that same standard to Flourtown — one plate at a time.
